Ok, sorry I have been behind. Catch-up time I guess. To be honest, this is mostly due to laziness. I’ve been doing my workouts and thankfully I have an excel sheet keeping track of those workouts. So without further adieu, here we go!

Day 61 - Wednesday Feb 13th - 30min brisk walk at Lunch on the seawall - 61/100
Day 62 - Thursday Feb 14th - 3hrs at Mt Seymour w/ my son's class playing & 40min easy run in the evening - 63/100
Day 63 - Friday Feb 15th - 45min walk from client meeting - 64/100
Day 64 - Saturday Feb 16th - 15K with TNT Group & 35min swim in the afternoon - 66/100
Day 65 - Sunday Feb 17th - Big apt fire by my house, 2hrs hiking in the hood checking it out. Lots of hiking due to police Barricade’s - 66/100
Day 66 - Monday Feb 18th- A wet 30min easy run in the hood. 5.4K done - 67/100
Day 67 - Tuesday Feb 19th - 40min walk in N. Van to & from the seabus terminal to a client meeting & TNT track session 35min 6.8k - 69/100

So I'm back up to two banked days, I didn't count Sunday's hike as a workout because it was not constant and it was more liesurely.
