67 - Feb 19th - 40min walk in N. Van to & from client meeting & TNT track session 35min 6.8k - 70/100
68 - Feb 20th - Rest Day - 70/100
69 - Feb 21st - 8.75K run, home to Science World in 48:20 - 71/100
70 - Feb 22nd - Lunch hour walk on the Seawall w/ co-worker 45min - 72/100
71 - Feb 23rd - 15K run in the morning w/ TNT and 30min laps & 1hr swim w/ kids - 74/100
72 - Feb 24th - Rest day, it was ugly out there - 74/100
73 - Feb 25th - 30min easy run in the hood, usual route - 75/100
74 - Feb 26th - Tempo/interval track workout w/ TNT 45min 7.6K - 76/100
75 - Feb 27th - 30min walk during lunch - 77/100
76 - Feb 28th - Ugly day, but got a 45min run on the TM, followed by swim - 78/100
77 - Mar. 1st - Swim with DD. 1Hr (includes 30min lengths while DD was w/ Grandparents playing in the kids area) - 79/100
78 - Mar 2nd - Rest day due to my DW & DS ill in the morning and planning DD Bday party - 79/100
79 - Mar 3rd - 11K run and 5K run - plus lots of core workouts at DD Bday party, an hour of chasing 3-5yr old in the gym and lifting them on apparatuses. Yes I’m counting that, my arms are still tender today from that. :lol: - 81/100

I'm planning to get outside shortly to do a 30-45min walk on the seawall and head into Stanley Park, such a beautifull day in Vancouver today!

Day 8 - did not get a workout in today (10/8)
Day 7 - 17 km run at The Dome (10/7)
Day 6 - 5 km run at lunch and 45 min swim in evening (9/6)
Day 5 - 9.5 km on snowy trails - night run (7/5)
Day 4 - 8 km at lunch and 5km with the RR in the evening (6/4)
Day 3 - 1 hour Yin Yoga and 8 km on the TM (4/3)
Day 2 - 1.5 hours swimming - tough workout (2/2)
Day 1 - 30 km run -- they won't all be like this!
