Good work, Mike and Lisa.
I think I may need to skip this week or move it to Saturday. I'll see what works out.

That's a nice, simple workout. :) Depending on how my week plays out, I may be able to fit that in on Thursday morning (if I don't run outside Wed eve).

I did the workout today as I didn't know when else I would get it done.
15 minute warm up, barely a cool down as I ran out of time. Total 10k

This workout fit into today the best, so I did it.

10 min warmup
3X10 min @ 7.6mph
cool down to 10K

Felt good!

I did this one today too.

It was a good day for a treadmill workout-- we are having a very wet Vancouver spring (winter?) day. But I forgot my water bottle and it was REALLY humid in the gym, so I finished in a heap of sweat.

I did the 10 min segments at 7.2, 7.3, and 7.4 mph. 3 min recovery between with no walking-- easy jog at 5.5 mph up to 6.2 mph. By the end I was pretty drenched and needed to make sure I cooled down before a meeting, so I just did a walking cooldown.

I attempted this workout, and it actually felt pretty good in the first set (10mins @ 6.8mph), then took 2-min recovery at 5.3mph. For the second set, I increased the speed a bit to 6.9mph, but about 5 minutes into that I started to feel a twinge in my left hamstrings. :( So, with only 8:30 into the second set, I decided to pull the plug rather than risking injury. I finished off by walking a bit, then doing an easy run to 4.5 miles (~43 minutes).

Ditto. Do not mess with hamstrings.
