but happy there are no pains at all in my heel. Will email my physio and tell him the good news - Shockwave Therapy
does work! Speed will come later ((I hope))

Will be back out on Friday as we have an event tomorrow morning. Oh man! am I ever happy right now :D

Hi again ladies and gents,

Have to 'fess up and say I have not been walking lately BUT I HAVE been doing my exercise and my eliptical daily.
With all the heat/humidity I found it hard to breathe and my allergies have been a killer - I read an article that says the allergy season has been particularly bad this year because of the extreme heat and the ragweed needs the cool to kill it off- gee,,,,do ya' think????
I have even had to use my eye drops four times daily just to be able to see properly they have been running so badly. Too bad I don't run then all of me
could be running :D ah well......better days are coming.

Hope everyone is okay and those running today had a great day here in Montreal it was cool and good running weather.

Take care all - happy walking/running, whatever you do....
