
For the past 6 weeks now, I have had a groin muscle pull (of whatever the he.. you call it) Now going to physio for it.
I am pretty sure it happened doing stretches. (you know where you put the soles of your feet together while
sitting and push down on the knees) guess I pushed too hard for the old bones/muscles

Back to icing it and heat 3x a day.
Have not been on the road as it even hurts to raise my leg to put my socks on and walking ......well, that isn't
an option right now.
I am fed up getting old - *it ain't no picnic*!!
