I have to remember when I am out trail running tomorrow and I am walking the hills to concentrate on doing it quickly and with a half decent form, rather than just sauntering along. I hope I remember!!!

Hope this walking forum sticks -

Yes, we do take our training and our walking seriously! And yes, my group I am training with behaves on the road, we walk to the side and let all the runners pass without so much as a whimper of complaint.
In fact, we cheer them on!

We are aware of the 'rules of the road' and during marathons stick to the side as we know the runners are dong their best to better their personal times and have a great run.

All the best to all
Karen
