The Donald hits it on the nose... 6 days later and I was cured.
Did a 7 mile run and a 12km walk with the dog today and feeling fine!
Hope all you working stiffs are getting off for Christmas soon - I'm officially on vacation!

So it is now less than a week away. Gear Boy and I ran parts of the trail yesterday and I think it is in quite good shape. Who is in??

Forcast is decent (although if you ask gear boy he'll tell you it is too early to believe anything).

I won't be running it unfortunately. My body is telling me that Sunday's run with Size5 was too long away from the trails, and I have to do inventory at work that weekend too.

Holly, you might want to stop following Ryne's advice of drinking beer until you can't walk :-)
I run distance because I want to be in good shape when I die.
