Exactly how do we use it? Just to say that we're not AS crazy as those in the article? :-)

I need no proof. I'm not crazy for sure - I *might* be weird by some people's standards but why would I want to apply another person's standard's to the way I live my life?

Love the article.... One of my friends used Coach Lisa for a Western States 100 finsh.

Krista - who is starting another race season with 9, soon to be 8 toenails :D

I liked the tip about lifting your toes without rocking back to see if you're balanced, and I liked the description of bending forward in the ankles. The penis trick almost makes me wish I had one (not quite though, thank you very much)... it sounds like a very easy way to check your biomechanical position on the run.

Ok, the mention of the penis trick made me read the article.
By the way, Ray Zahab is a Canadian from Ottawa. He just won another serious race, 160 miles or so in Morocco. And he is giving a talk on Monday night, just outside Ottawa. Inspiration and supper, $20. Details on TriRudy.
