For some hiking but nothing deep back country and maybe for a little racing. There are only two races in the area with one at Lake Louise at 9:00 am start so that would mean being on the road around 6:00 am and the other race could easily be wiped out by a Chinook so racing is not a big consideration. So maybe a better description is multi purpose.
