This was interesting
Distance was short, did we even do 300m?!?!?
Lets see, started with 100m kick (w/board). Ironcoach says I've improve YAY!
Then 50 swim. Drained.
Then I watch the pro swim. This is when I realized that her arms are going like a quarter of the speed mine are.
So did 50m pull, really slow. Reaching each stroke. Felt wierd! Like I was in slo-motion. This will take some getting used to.
I think we did another 50m swim, then 25m to the other end of the pool where are stuff was.
So like 275m, but very educational. Thanks again ironcoach.

we actually did 425m
150 kick to warm up....
2 x 50 m swim
2x 50 m pull
75 m swim
see....you were having so much fun you didn't even realize how far you went!!
and, yes, your kick has really improved!!! Your stroke was so much better when you slowed down with the pull buoy!
