It starts in Andorra, climbs up to the Port d'Envalira (my nemesis, and for those of you who are friends with me on FB, it's my cover photo), then back down though Sant Julia and La Seu d'Urgell.

Interesting race so far.

Not sure about Horner. Age 41 and now he's in the GC hunt at a Grand Tour? Too close to the old Lance machine, too, and one of the most belligerent defenders... but never really had strong accusations against him. Seems unreal though.

Well Horner won. I think I threw up a bit in my mouth. Defies credulity. He went up some of those climbs as fast or faster than the doped era... which suggests we're still in the doped era. Cycling can't seem to clean itself up. Sad.
