Apple pie martini!
2oz vanilla vodka (Smirnoff has one)
2oz apple martini mix (Williams Sonoma has a great one)
Rim the glass with cinnamon before you make it.
As a variation, but it's a bit stronger... substitute the martini mix for 2oz of Sourz liqueur. Only have one or it'll knock you on your butt!
QuickChick wrote:Ok, a new twist on the apple martini- it's so yummy!
1.5 oz vodka
5. oz goldschlager (cinnamon)
1 mini bottle of sourz (50mL- 1 oz?)
dash of vanilla (maybe 1/4 tsp)
I bought the mini bottle of sourz so I would only have ONE! Laughing

Shake amaretto, rum and juices together in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a martini glass, and serve.

-1 oz tequila
-1 oz triple sec
-heaping spoonful of limeade straight from the container
-enough water so it will blend.
-other fruit added is good, too, such as raspberries, strawberries, etc.
Or, try Fruity Slushie Goodness drinks:
-big scoop of sherbert (rainbow or just one flavour, whatever)
-frozen fruit (whatever you want. I like berries)
-enough alcohol so it will blend (rum is best, but vodka & tequila work, too)
Not exactly calorie concious, but very yummy

(i.e. the Hot Chocolate from "Chocolat")
WARNING - yummy and addictive and not very healthy (I can figure out WW points if anyone wants them!)
Makes 3 - 4 servings
1/2 cup cocoa
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp sugar (6 tbsp sugar)
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 cups milk
1. Sift together dry ingredients - VERY important or it will be lumpy!
2. In a saucepan over medium-low heat, whisk the cocoa mixture into the milk a little bit at a time. Continue heating, stirring constantly, until just starting to thicken.
3. PROMPTLY remove from heat (it will take practice to know when to do this) and stir until desired thickness is reached - this will happen very quickly! Optimum thickness is that of molten chocolate (i.e. it should almost, but not quite, require a spoon to eat.)
Pour into cups and serve.
