They only let us use one...so we got one large for the kids to share. We'll use the other coupons (one at a time) later. Perhaps at the airports when on our way home to/from Nova Scotia.

I often boil water and throw a couple tablespoons of goji berries in and let them plump up...then drink the "tea" and munch on the berries once they are juiced up...
I am fortunate that my father picks wild blueberries every summer and I always have a huge ice cream pail of them in the freezer - throw them in smoothies, muffins, over yoghurt.

So I hear ginger is one of the super foods...does that make ginger beer a superfood? Cause I could totally get behind that...
