Saw a portion of this on the news yesterday - thought it was a good message with what was broadcast - worthwhile viewing the entire piece!

Well - one more sleep - good runs to everyone running in Calgary tomorrow - run your race, follow your plan (making adjustments as & if necessary), have fun - and of course I'll be following my own advice!

a damp, mild Grouse Grind this morning in my hiking boots - knocked 4 min off time when wearing boots previously. Lots of people on the trail at 9 am even in the clouds & drizzle.

Yep, I did post on RR - was a member of Run.M.A.O. - good group that I knew through running out of the PoCo RR - the day passed so quickly, driving & cheering and driving & cheering! Weather cooperated too.
