When you can't make up your mind, do them both. I had signed up for an evening trail race on June 21, the Summer Solstice Trail Run in Mono cliffs, north of Orangeville. Then I see that dgrant intends to do the Niagara Ultra Race Half Marathon on the same day. I did that one last year and loved it,...

all this is great info!
I love running -15/25C but when it gets above +20C I've been avoiding running.

I'm always hot, and running makes me unbearable so!

I'll have to try carrying ice on really hot days to get me through, that buff thing looks intersting too!
