Re: Teacher missing after run
I hope he is found safe soon. This is very concerning for sure. I never had him as a teacher but he coached both of my brothers at cross country.

FP - let us know how the necklace works out. I could probably use something similar!
I've been out running a few times, but not as much as I would like, it just doesn't seem to fit into our busy days.
Good luck QC!

I've been out twice now. I was so excited to get out Saturday morning. At 7 weeks that was the longest I'd been out of the house with out my little guy.

Re: Hot running (newish) Momma's thread...
I used a belly butter and bio oil throughout my pregnancy. I ended up with a few small stretch marks on my hips, but I have some from puberty as well in the same spot so I wasn't surprised. I used the Rocky Mountain Soap Company belly butter and I really liked it. http://www.rockymountainsoap.com/pr...

Re: Hot running (newish) Momma's thread...
Are you pg too Ann??? I'll be curious to know how long after a non-c-section birth it takes before you can run. If I have to have a section I can see 6 weeks for sure, maybe longer. Otherwise it sounds like it could be the same, or less, or even more if things are, well I'm not thinking about that,...

Congratulations QC!
How long did you ladies need to wait until you were out starting back to run again post baby arrival (especially those of you that had c-sections)?

Thanks for all of the feedback so quickly. I've run with a BOB with a friend so I've been pretty sure it was the fit for me but I'm glad to hear that others are happy with theirs (and that it fits in the car reasonably)!

I'll be joining the running Momma's in the spring. I'm currently not running through my pregnancy but I'm trying to stay active. I'm currently looking at strollers and from what I can tell from past threads the BOB Revolution SE seems to be a popular choice. I am considering only buying the one str...

Re: ING New York City Marathon 2012 Application
Good luck to everyone traveling down to NYC and racing this weekend! After I deferred last year's entry I had hoped to be there this year but it wasn't in the cards. I'll be watching from here and very interested to hear how it goes. I love NYC!

Re: Going back to Picton. The county Marathon
Oh, all of those meal suggestions remind me that I never eat out when I'm in the County! Have a great race this Sunday everyone. It's my favourite event but we won't be there this year (I've done the full 3 times and the half twice).

My favourite race. We weren't in town for it last year, but I imagine we may be this year, even if it's just too cheer! I love the county!
