Re: Dog Attack

Re: jack hits the road and coming back for more
[ When I am running easily, I don't have to use mental tricks to keep going and going. you are so right, not too long a go when 4 was my limit, the last km was tough, now that 10 is my limit the last 2 are tough, making kms 3-4 (the "old" tough ones) seem relativley easy point is as we pr...

Re: Now to move onto?
i am looking for a program that might get me up to say 10km, i run max 8 km at the moment, once a week with 3-4 shorter runs of 3-4 kms a time, so my max weekly is approx 20 km, i have no interest in speed more in increasing time and distance ( is all for weight loss) To get up to 10K from 8K all y...

Re: 30 minutes--now what?
i am very new to this but here is my 2 cents i am a slow runner but i run contiuously, with no walk breaks, i know some people like to recover with walk breaks but i find it breaks my breathing rhythm and it takes too long to get comfortable again after a walk break....so the first ten minutes or so...

It has an address so is not a PO Box You just track your parcel online, call them to confirm it arrived, and the...
