I have the RR double jogger and love it! I can put both kids in or have one in ( the straps adapt from two kids (one on each side) to one child in the centre). We had some tears develop in the fabric at the bottom from a piece of medal and they sent it back and did the repairs under warranty (and fi...

What about toques? I work for a retailer, that does this kind of stuff and toques are actually cheaper than t-shirts for cost, and being Winnipeg they may get used as well. other ideas: headbands, keyholders for your shoe, whistles, mini flashlights, pocket first aid kits, my brain is dead I can't t...

I'm just back from an awesome, relaxing run. :) It's the longest I've run in a while and loved it. It was around 9k, not much for some of you but great for me! Great temperature and dressed appropriately. Earlier I downloaded some new tunes into my mp3 and deleted the old ones, so good music along t...

Up bright and early for my son's hockey game. Gotta love the early games and setting your alarm on weekends. Heading out for a run later this afternoon, it's supposed to be sunny, yeah, I love this spring weather!

I'll be there for sure.

I'm trying to recruit my husband to do the 5k and my 5 year old son wants to do the run to, so I think I'll be in the 5k with a slow pace.

I guess I should register soon........

A beautiful day outside. Definately a run at some point, probably 5k with the kiddos. Still pumping water out of the basement, which doesn't smell so hot. I think I will dye my hair dark brown today to treat myself after all this. Nothing like having your basement flood on the first day of your holi...

AAAaaaahhhh! First day of holidays... after a busy retail season. Plan to go for a run with the kids once they wake up, I think they know it's holiday time but I couldn't sleep in. Since when do they sleep after 7:30? It looks so nice outside with a dusting of snow. Off to a friends' house tonight t...

Absolutely beautiful day!

went out for just over 5k with the dog, daughter in the stroller (and running at times), and 5 yr old son running. Had to make a pit stop at running room at my son's request to put more ideas on his xmas list.

Have a great day!

Just back from an easy 5k. It was a great temperature and it started to snow about half way through. What a peaceful and relaxing moment to myself!

Sidewalks clear and flurries floating, but what will it be like in the morning..... not so peaceful and relaxing. Shoveling?????

We would love to see some maniacs!!

This caught my attention because of Peterborough, but that is also my old neighbour that they are quoting. I just saw him the other day too.... it's really not that small of a city but sometimes it's a small world.

No time for a run today, but I got new shoes yesterday!!!!! Yeah!!!! I'm itching to go for a run in them. I'm going to take them to work and wear them for a few hours to make sure they're comfy, like the old ones. I wish I could get to a treadmill but can't see it happening. Have a great day everyon...

Any RR coupons still out there?

Just wondering if anyone has an unused and unwanted RR coupon out there that they are willing to give up. I desperately need new shoes and would appreciate saving some money off new ones. I've tried to find them on line at a discount site but no one has my size, can find the shoe but not the size, g...

Just back from a crisp 5k. Tried out my new fleece jacket it was great! It was a nice steady smooth run. I concentrated on my breathing and stayed relaxed. Quite enjoyable if I do say so.

Hope everyone's spirits change, only 3 days left in the work week!

40 minute run home from work. It' s beautiful outside and no one around. I was overdressed, so ended up with my jacket around my waste after the first block. It was actually very relaxing, but I had no energy, I should have eaten something first. Waiting for my left over turkey dinner to arrive home...

I love what it teaches the kids. I have a 2 and 5 year old. They love to go running with Mommy. My 2 year old even went for her first run last week, well we were almost finished but it amazed me how far she ran and wouldn't stop. I had the stroller and she wouldn't get back in, my son was running wi...

Congrats prats at setting a goal, you'll be fine. 75 in a LTR seems a little ridiculous. I wouldn't want to b...
