went out for just over 5k with the dog, daughter in the stroller (and running at times), and 5 yr old son running. Had to make a pit stop at running room at my son's request to put more ideas on his xmas list.

Just back from an easy 5k. It was a great temperature and it started to snow about half way through. What a peaceful and relaxing moment to myself!

Just back from a crisp 5k. Tried out my new fleece jacket it was great! It was a nice steady smooth run. I concentrated on my breathing and stayed relaxed. Quite enjoyable if I do say so.

40 minute run home from work. It' s beautiful outside and no one around. I was overdressed, so ended up with my jacket around my waste after the first block.
