I'd have stopped running that night I felt my calf begin to pull three weeks before the MCM; a little rest then might have gotten me a better taper.
I'd have started slower at the MCM, and followed my race plan.
Aside from those, no regrets - that's how we learn and get better, right?

What to look for in a wetsuit?
I guess the subject says it all, I will need wetsuit for next year, what should I look for and how much do I need to spend (ballpark)?
