May might see me doing the Vancouver Marathon as a final prep for June's kick at Kettle Moraine 100 miler again. Perhaps a 50k (Trail Mix in Minneapolis) in April too. July to October will be busy being a race director again - tentative dates coming later this week :-) although I might try to sneak ...

I like it... they sponsored one of my races. A mix of running, mountain biking & adventure racing.

Well, I'm in the midst of doing lots of behind the scenes work on RM this week and this is one thing we are working on.

It's a bit lower on the list but it is on the list and should be integrated in the next little while once we get the major upgrades done first.

If you're available on Tuesdays, there's a bunch of us that get together for a track workout. We meet at Stride Ahead in Grant Park at 6:30 then head over to the track next door at the high school. Having just completed my 249th consecutive day of running, it is amazingly easy to make it part of my day. I don't even really think of it anymore. Once the seasons shift and we're back to snow and ice then I will, however, have to schedule a bit better.
