Glorious morning here in Niagara. Just came back from 7.35k run. No one was out, very peaceful start to the New Year.

The Good : BQ + PBs @ 5k, 21.1k, 30k, 42.2k;

The Bad : Finishing off the year with a knee injury;

The Ugly : ITT & Niagara Falls Marathon.

By distance... 40-44K: 18 45-49K: 2 50-54K: 1 Wow....I'd want a medal for each of those 21 runs.....well done! 12 of them were official races (11 marys and one ultra) and 3 more were bizarre 42K "shallonges" with a running buddy: December's " beer marathon ", July's " 106 laps around the track mara...

That's 2500km+ year-in/year-out. Well done!!!

For me its to be a better runner when not running. To not cut corners on nutrition, stretching/conditioning, packing my race bag, etc. To be better prepared/organized/responsible.
