By distance... 40-44K: 18 45-49K: 2 50-54K: 1 Wow....I'd want a medal for each of those 21 runs.....well done! 12 of them were official races (11 marys and one ultra) and 3 more were bizarre 42K "shallonges" with a running buddy: December's " beer marathon ", July's " 106 laps around the track mara...

For me its to be a better runner when not running. To not cut corners on nutrition, stretching/conditioning, packing my race bag, etc. To be better prepared/organized/responsible.

New for this year... Male finishers under 1 hour and Female finishers under 70 minute s will receive a gold snowman finisher medal.
