I'm not a big fan of 10k. I love 5k because it's a short and powerful run. Halfs are more a thinking person's race. 10km...well they're ho-hum...you can't go all out, and they are over too soon...

Salut...pour moi c'est une journée de repos. Une bonne chose puisqu'il mouille très fort par icitte. Je monte à Ottawa demain pour participer au Ottawa Fall Colour Marathon dimanche.
