I feel the same lack of motivation. I have a lot going on in my life right now and am finding it really hard to get up for a run. I wish I had a group to run with to help with motivation but during the week my running time is basically early morning treadmill runs. I agree with all the advice given ...

I used one when my daughter was younger and loved it!!! They are very easy to run with and aren't too heavy. If you can't afford a new one I would definately recommend getting the used RR jogger.

Well, after ten years, I think my husband figured out that my running isn't going to go away, so he has basically accepted it and tolerates it. He really isn't interested, but I guess he has become used to me taking off on weekends to go to runs, or leaving at 7 a.m. for a race and coming home arou...

My "DH" is also not too supportive of my running - especially if I am training for a 1/2. He has mentioned in the past how he has sacrificed his time so that I can run. I better stop before I start to vent. IN a nutshell, no my "significant other" is not supportive of my running.

 Holey Moley  To be honest...altho I think I've been a pretty good driver over the years I KNOW that since becoming a runner I am so much more aware of walkers, runners and cyclists. Me too. I notice alot of time how impatient drivers are when yielding to runners and cyclists on the r...

Actually convinced myself to get out of bed at 530 this morning for another boring treadmill  run. Ran an easy 5 miles. As I was running I suddenly heard a thumping noise and saw it was my daughter's cat trying to join me for a run - it didn't work out to well as he went flying on to the floo...

I find that in the winter I tend to do a lot more treadmill running. Like others, getting up in the morning to run outside seems to be no problem, but come winter time its a constant struggle. Thankfully on weekends I can at least get out during the day at pretty much any time - preferably before no...

Couldn't get out of bed early enough this morning so I have to convince my daughter to watch a movie (and not bother me.....) while I hop on treadmill for a 4-5 mile run.
