9 minute PB!

The weather was not the only only thing bringing the heat to Quebec.

It was great to meet you and your friends.

Hopefully next time we meet it will be a little cooler.

I'd be happy with leg 3, 6, 7 or 8... with a preference for 7 or 8.
I have a feeling Sanders is in too. :D (but he's too busy watching the Olympics to say so.)

I'll put you and Sanders on the list in the other thread.

Cracking 50 is always nice. Well done. Lots of nice scenery in QC, but I don't know about schlepping a camera on the course; but then that's not my style. It may be your style. Enjoy the Marathon des Deux Rives and romping about the second-oldest city in Canada (St. John's is no. 1, I believe...) :...

For reference sake - when I ran leg 4, I was at about a 2 hour half marathon "shape" - I was able to hold 6 min/km for everything BUT smokey - my overall pace ended up being about 6:10/km, I think - which is much slower than...

Currently Interested Runners (as of Aug 20th): bicycle.boy Bman HCID Hermes MrsStrider Nick Q Run_Longer Sanders Scotty Stella Stephan strider...
