My family recipe is different from the one you posted. I think there must be many variations to that recipe!

We marinate the meats overnight with onions, cinnamon, salt, pepper and some red wine. The assembly is similar to your recipe, but we cook it for a full day at 250F.

I'm 2/2: spent the weekend walking, walking, walking. I must have walked a good 15k in 2 days.

I ran at lunch today. Big victory for me as I had a handful of excuses not to go.

I'm pretty sure I heard about reusable tea bags.

I use a tea ball at home (some of the leaves escape) and a bodum at work (no leaves escape). Maybe you could get a bodum if that bothers you? I personally don't mind "eating" a few small pieces of leaves.

I started running again for the hundredth time this morning. I ran/walked for 2K. The weather was just perfect for this.
