Go gettem' Tiger.

Still in recovery mode here. Managed a 3km walk last night, but Mrs is sick so I had to go solo. Looking forward to getting back running again, but I am enjoying every day of the recovery. Next run will be Monday, back on to the trails.

Have a great weekend. Play Safe

Good luck on race #2 BMan!

Good move Strider.... I think I'll go for a walk, it's a beautiful morning.

I'm still a bit sore from my ankles (which were strangely swollen for a couple of days) to my hips, but I can walk quite well.

Sanders is out trying out his running legs. The maniac!

Have a great Friday & weekend. :)

I woke up to and checked for my final grades...
A- in Human Resource Management
A in Psych
And most exciting, A B IN STATS!!!!!!!! I passed stats! I never have to take stats again!

I took a hit on my GPA, it is at a wounded 3.9 but I still have 2 grades to come in so maybe I can get back to my 4.0. If not, I don't mind right now.
I PASSED STATS!!!! With a B!

Definitely starting the day out right!
Happy Friday!
I used to run. All the time.
Now? Notsomuch.
I'm still a runner, though.
Life is fluid and ever changing. I am too.

Dani, I totally know what you mean about stats. I needed a 75 in advanced stats to graduate, and I have never worked so hard or spent so much money on tutoring, or been more happy with a... 76. :)

No running today- we get our keys tonight!! We are going to tape and prime the walls in our new HOME, which will probably take all night. I can't wait!!

All things considered, I'm thrilled to have gotten in 3 runs this week so far. Hopefully I get my long run in tomorrow- I think I'm going to wake up early and just get it out of the way. :)

Awesome work Dani!

Got in an easy run this morning. Tomorrow is the first of the 5Peaks trail races - was supposed to be 15.6k but apparantly it has been changed to 9.8km due to the trail conditions. Anyhoo, I'm looking forward to hitting the trails.

Have a great Friday everyone!

A 'B' in stats - you rock, Dani!!

Lisa, sooooo excited for you in your new home! Don't go crazy with the taping, though, it's really not necessary (unless you're a totally sloppy painter). Tape the ceiling, that's about it.

Probably nothing on my workout agenda today. I went indoor rock climbing yesterday, and that was fun (and ran into MrBJH there). Drinks after work tonight.

ETA: Went to see We Will Rock You last night. What a great show!!! The band was awesome and the singers outstanding. It's only on for another couple of weeks, so go see it if you haven't already.

Congrats Dani!

JacSprat...my turn to take friday off, hehehe. Actually it's my volunteer day...going to be at the ice rink all day. Longer than my normal work day, in fact  . But at least it's by choice!

Knee is sore from ART last night. But at least the Dr. assured me that I could be fixed in time for May 4 :D

Seems like a good day all around! Congrats to Dani, * and QC!!

I've got a 30 minute run on the schedule, but it's raining, and I've got a LOT of work to accomplish today, and I'm tired out from my Road trip, so "we'll see".

I'm thinking that reading the Race Reports will take precedence with any spare time I may have!

Have a great day all!

Feeling way more rested after a few extra hours sleep last night... couldn't help but take advantage of my relaxed state from my masssage. Man he did a great job! Worked out some sore and tight spots for sure.
Hoping to get a slow and easy 5K on the books after work. (depends on if the "drinks on the patio" date calls early 8) )

TGIF to all. Enjoy the weekend no matter what you get up to!

p.s. - Congratulations Dave and Lisa on your first new home. That's got to be one of the most exciting experiences ever! Remember - bring a nice bottle of wine, a blanket and picnic basket filled with snacks - enjoy your first evening in your new home. (the painting/taping will be there tomorrow!)
