As Race Bibs and D-Tags are still included in the Race Kit Pick Up ... which require the signed waiver forms before being given out at the Expo ... 
It's been hovering in the low to mid '40F's these past weeks, from what I have been hearing .... Freezing for their stand-point, but balmy for running and racing, imo ...
