Re: The Hardest Day
I am so sorry. I remember the moment I got the call that my 17 year old nephew had died suddenly without any warning at school. I know what I was doing, what I was thinking ... and how hard the next days and weeks were. And that was my nephew not my own child. I can not begin to imagine the depth of your loss.
Know that each tear you cry is a mark of the depth of love you shared with your son. There are no rules for grieving, no handbook for getting through a time like this. Follow your heart, share your sorrow, your fears, your memories and your love. And know that people here will be thinking of you and your family in the coming days. Sending you hugs by cyberspace and keeping you and your family in prayer.
