Well, if you run it at MP I *might* be able to keep up.

Sure yeah, np....it would 'only' be a 2 hour tempo run, right? What's the big deal?

Just registered for the 1/2 Marathon ... and, planning to race it at my projected marathon goal pace ... so, if anyone is looking for a 1:40:xx - 1:45:xx pacer ...

Theres a good chance I'll be signing up for the 5km. Or at least I want too (have a groin injury right now ).

It would be risky HCcD. Even 100%, I might not finish 10km . Been running sprints and mile singles for so long now .

Good luck today guys. It looks pretty good outside at the moment, so hopefully no rain.

I wanted to enter this race (its popular), but opted for an extra week of preparation and entered the Ottawa Physiotherapy 10km run (I think thats what its called) on the 17th.
