Just no juice in my legs at all. I was supposed to run in upper zone levels and couldn't get out of LSD pace. It's getting really discouraging that I can't improve my pace at all. Felt lousy all around.
That's too bad. Is it the heat, do you think? Or maybe just the cumulative effect from all the mileage? That's one of the downsides of running more... it can be harder to get to that hard pace. Perhaps running with someone else who is a bit faster than you a few times would help shake you out of it- that's worked for me before. I don't think I can run fast, and then I end up somehow being able to do it to keep up with someone else.
Yea I'm missing Andy.
maybe it's heat, maybe it's the big jump in mileage. Not sure but hopefully it'll break soon.
Thanks Spirit, I hope so.
