Does this mean the cool weather did not hit Montreal tonight?? I totally thought about you as I was running - snakes were out on the roads, which is the first telltale sign of fall around here
10.21K done in 51:23 - and the only fatigue today was not the knee (yah!!), but my arms from this morning's burn out session. All in all, a great day!
Re: Miracles Monday
Rest day for me, no running and no weights.
No Penguins were harmed in the making of this post

Re: Miracles Monday
Girls had sleep-over at Grama's last night, that meant I was able to get outdoors for an early morning run before work. A run on a nice sunny morning is a great way to start a Monday. Easy 30 minute "recovery" run, 6:20/km pace. Didn't realize legs were sore from yesterday until I started running, now I am feeling them going up and down the stairs.
Guess tomorrow will be a rest day from running.
