25 km with the Chariot in 2:10 for me this morning. It was tough to figure out what to wear this morning. When i left home it was below 0 and I needed a hat and gloves. I just came in the door and apparently it is 9 out now.

I'm looking forward to hearing from all those racing today!

Oddly warm this morning for November, +9. It ended up being a damp, windy and in the end a very rainy 11 mile run. Quite chilled at the end, but nothing a vanilla latte couldn't fix.

Have a great day everyone!

Nice!

enjoyed a bit too much wine last night and feeling a bit dehydrated today - my bike is set up in the living room though, so I'll probably get on it and do a spin. We'll see how that goes. could be ugly.

Good luck CinC! Those post-vino workouts are a challenge!

Out with the girls for 15K this lovely Sunday. It was supposed to be 16K but my legs felt tight the whole time and I was worried something would seize up.

Only got in one run this week so it's going to be a really slow easy LSD this morning, likely no more than 10k. Then some house organizing and a bit of paper work.

Felt good & it was a great day out, so 11.5k done. Did one of my favourite routes, likely for the last time this season (it's closed in the winter, and already slippery today) and managed to watch a lot of the NY marathon online.

10k run/walk for me. Likely about half and half. I stopped attempting to run after a while as I could feel my hip. I need to admit that I can't run more than 5k right now, and honestly, that's fine.

Got myself a 2 min PB in the 10k today. There was a 5, 10, 13.1, 42.2, as well as 42.2 k relay race and it was an out and back along the dyke trail. It wasnt a big event but we all started at the same time so it was a bit crowded at the start since we were on a gravel trail. I saw a guy wearing a 10k bib on his way back (not sure why he made his turn at the 2.5k mark but he wasnt listed in the final results). I was about 500 meters before the turn around for the 10 k and I only saw 2 other 10 k runners on their way back. I came in 2 mins behind 1st and 2nd and 4th came in about 2 mins after me. The 10k wasnt very competitive but it was fun imagining I was running sub 40 as I made my way back against the flow of other runners. :P
