Good luck to the racers today!

I was a total slacker yesterday despite the gorgeous weather but redeemed myself with 12.5k first thing this morning. Now time to destroy it all at the Food & Wine Expo  :D

Sonia's at the half at 2:29:28! There are live results on the website! Goooo dr. S!!

As for me, skipped the sight night run last night as it was -27 with the wind and had nil desire to run in that. So size5 and I hit the treadmill at the y for a quick 30 min run instead and the hooked up with farm girl and a few other friends for a sushi feast!

Today - i'll do another treadmill run while Dave does a swim, then pick up my mom from the airport, maybe a short ride and pack for Mexico!

Did you do the stroller pushing today Andy? :D

Conditions were perfect today, but a bit windy. You just have to take advantage of when you are feeling good, and the conditions are good, so I got 25K in in 6:09 pace.

Nice and steady throughout! That's as far as I've gone in a good while!

Now off to take the puppy to Winter Woofstock. We were going to go yesterday, but ended up with a bunch of stuff to do.

Have a good one!

It was (is) a great morning for a run! We thought we might get rained on, but it blew over after only a few drops fell, and now it's beautiful, sunny and warm!

7.8K done in about 54 minutes.

Stay warm Karen!

Go Lions!! :)

Off to the gym for me. It's cold outside and there's is a lot of black ice- I don't like running on that. It will warm up later but I have a lot of stuff to do and I want to run now.

Sonia should be done soon- go girl! Pat (pat59?) is also racing- hope it's a good one.
