Crazy group progression run: 4K easy to the meeting spot, 32K accelerating from 4:30/K to 4:05/K, brunch, 4K easy back home. I'm not usually the anchor on a group run but...

79 min spin on the bike trainer - don't ask me why 79 minutes, that is just what the workout that the coach emailed added up to!

Hope everyone is having a great day,

Are you racing tomorrow?

I went out for an easy run and finished 5.39km in 31:11. Running an 8k race tomorrow. I wasn't going to run today but I had too much energy and it finally wasn't raining!

Great run today- about an hour on my favourite local trail, which was a great combination of slurpy mud and ice. And it was warm enough that I just had on shorts and a long sleeve shirt! Crazy weather for Ontario in January!
Keep on rolling, just a mile to go. Keep on rolling my old buddy, you're moving much too slow.

Good job Andy. Freezing rain in Montreal, a pretty grey and yukky day overall.

We did 5 miles in about 1h and I hated every minute of it... sigh is it spring yet???

Ended up doing about 9km with a small group of the gals. We ran Ridgeway to Oakridge so I got to run up the 37th Ave hill by Queen Elizabeth Park (well I ran some of it), it was just as nasty as it looked. We usually turn onto Ontario to head downtown before we have to do that hill.

Great multi-tasking day, ran, had coffee, did some shopping and window shopping, bought our lottery ticket ...

Started the day with 8 km at RP, then came home and put away all signs of Xmas, and then completed the final touches in the new home office, then went and ran errands, and now getting ready for dinner with friends. A busy and productive day!!

6k run before breakfast at a slightly quicker than easy pace went nicely. This afternoon I got in my longer ride - 65k on the Tacx trainer around a regular route.

Nice runs!

Had a nice 20k run this morning. Felt good but my hands would've been happier in mittens rather than gloves.

I recorded the hockey game so just finished watching Boston lose at home. Looked good on them.

Had a nice and easy 8.5k recovery run at 6:02/km. Tomorrow is a 29km long run so won't be quite so easy - we'll see about the nice!

First hills session (5 more) and I was faster by about 3-4min from the prev 2 years.

I guess that counts for something?
