Easy 5K done this morning. Chilly out there especially with the wind but no rain or sleet or snow so I'll take it!

Off to Ottawa for an app't shortly then back to teach piano!

Have a great day everyone!

9km this morning. It was a great morning to run, a little "brisk" but still a great morning.

Group ride for me this morning, a novel experience as I do this rarely. This afternoon, an easy run.

Good for you!

I didn't manage to get up at oh-dark-thirty today, so I'm going to get out there this afternoon; handily an entire family of guitar students cancelled this week (not as handy for my wallet, but oh well). So I have a free block of time and can run in the sunshine. Planning on 4-5 km.

Good Morning!

Hard at this point to get motivated to to tempo runs. :? I really ended up doing 5X1K repeats @ just under 5m/k That was enough to remind the legs they could move.

10K in total.

Seeing fe.rmt late this afternoon!

This morning = epic fail.
Thought I'd run but really felt like biking in.
Got ready with everything to bike. No bike lock.
Too late to run at this point, well and I can't run to work due to work stuff I had to bring in.
Change clothes, bring running gear to work, hope for the best at lunch instead.

Chilly 1/2 - March 4
Montreal 1/2 - April 29
NCM 1/2 - May 27
Manitoba 1/2 - June 17
Army 1/2 - Sept

Weather will be a lot warmer at lunch time ...

eta: At least you did not repeat your inaugural ride, a couple of years back, when you had brought the wrong lock/key, if I recall, realizing only after you arrived at the office building .. :shifty:

Hopefully a double run day today. Dropped C off at daycare for her first solo stay and did an easy 30 minutes. Just enough time for a shower, breakfast and to post here before I go pick her up again! Running with the Run Ottawa group tonight - km repeats are on the schedule. I just looked up my new McMillan paces - they are fast!

Well posting in the daily thread worked for me yesterday, did my easy run and strength session, so I'll try it again. :D 35 minutes planned on the TM this afternoon, 10 min w/u, 15 min of intervals, 10 min c/d. Have a super fantastic day!!

Easy run planned. My hamstring has been very sore since Sunday's long run and with Vancouver right around the corner I do not want to push it. So it will be a wait and see distance:)

sitting in the phoenix airport after our overnight flight from Kona - we get home mid-afternoon - swim is on the schedule, but in all honesty, i'm not sure it'll happen - will probably shuffle it in later this week and just take the boys for a long walk instead.

A rare group ride for me this morning with some roadies. They smashed me! A tough 70k, but that makes for good training. An easy run later this afternoon or evening.

Got out for 11.7kms this morning at an average of 5:31/km. Didn't do the planned 8X100m strides as a precaution.
