Up really early and trying to track La.
It's currently sunny and 10c.
She started at 9:45 so she's about 15 minutes in.

I'll run at some point.
Have a lot of work to do today. :?

Wow, you were up really early today, Marg. Sorry to hear that you have to do lots of work but enjoy your run.

I'm heading to Smiths Falls to cheer on some Maniacs and have a 21K LSD planned today. I'm sure that I will see lots of smokin' fast times today. Hurray!

I'll be off to run 12k with my clinic ladies today. This will be the furthest (farthest?) distance for a few of them! Very exciting! It's super foggy here and we have to run across the bridge. I hope they aren't afraid!

Hoping to get in a run soon. This cold I have, which I thought was going has now found it's way into my chest. :( Probably an easy TM run for me this morning.

Nothing like an easy paced 12K to chase away post-marathon blues! Great run out there this morning!

16K done. Cool and damp and it was drizzling off and on but better then the steady rain I would have had yesterday! Now to decide if I want to run the half at ORW or sell my race bib ...

Now that we have seen La across the London finish line, I'm waiting to see one more person finish. Then it will be time to think about getting myself to the gym for some time on the elliptical. Thinking about 1.5 hours if I can stand the mental - have never done more than an hour.

Since I wasn't racing today, I decided I should stick with a shorter long run this week since my brain was telling me I needed a break. C was up early, so we headed out with the stroller for 11.5km (new stroller distance record for me) and I dropped her off with DH and did another 9 km to meet them at the pool to catch the second half of the last swimming lesson. 20km and change for the day.

Had a great time at the Yonge Street 10k - and got a (for me, at least) great time as well. Chip time of 57:18, which is a good five minutes off my only previous 10k! (Of course, a net downhill course helps...) Race report to follow later today. Thanks to BJH for marshalling!
PR's so far: 5K 27:15, 10K 55:25, 21.1K 2:10:53, 42.2K 5:21:27
Upcoming: Toronto Women's 5k in May, STWM Half in October

32km this morning. Cool and windy. NCC is removing the skate chalets on the canal. I was hoping to skate a bit more this year if we a cold spell.

We did 21K this morning. More than half the route was either new or areas we hadn't run in a long time, what a treat!
