A great gym workout this morning.

48 minutes on the elliptical, followed by some stretching and strength.

The next couple of days are going to be nothing but a sloppy mess here. Methinks I will be enjoying some treadmill time. :? And to think, a week ago, I was running in record heat. Sheez!

I'll add to the rest day Monday group :D . Glad I did my 22k yesterday in favorable conditions. It would have sucked to do it in this wet, white, cold stuff falling from the skies today.

Just a hair more than 7K. Windy here. Not that cold, just breezy.

Work this afternoon/evening where I will spend all day thinking about going to the spa and getting a massage tomorrow. *sigh*

What Hammie said! Aiming to break a weather high today here - shooting for 26!

Glorious rest day for me though which is needed as my legs feel pretty cooked. I have a bike fit tonight after work (figure since the last one was in 2009, I'm due), and will head to the polls. Was just chatting with a co-worker who was going to do advance polling on Sat night and the line up was insane (he thought that it'd be quiet on a Sat night - not!) - he's going tonight!

Crazy weather in Ottawa this morning. There was no way I was going for my run outside this morning which meant I ran an easy 6.5k on the treadmill at work.

Let's hope this melts quickly. Have a good day everyone.

Rest day here too, but my running gear is packed for sunny AB!

I don't know what I'm going to do today (we'll see how work goes) but its neither cold nor wet here unless I go swimming again. 27 and sunny!

Supposed to be on an early flight to Calgary stupid me gets 3/4 of the way to the airport in a snow storm and realized I left my briefcase including of course my laptop at home! So....... Turned around, had to rebook my flights and now at the airport! Good news is leaving this crappy snow for 25C and sunny. So day getting better!

Swim day. I plan on stealing IronColl's last swim workout and doing that. It looked like a good one. Knee feels ok after yesterdays 15k run.

Gross weather this morning meant I was stuck on the TM instead of heading outside with the stroller. Just managed to get 30 minutes done - 5.2 km

No snow in Grey County ...yippee!

Did a little 5K run indoors at lunch today. Took the weekend off nursing a rather swollen but not to painful ankle....turned during Fridays trail outing. Only 5 more days left to the OUS season opener PYP http://pickyourpoison.ca/.

Sherbrooke got it's own private little break in the clouds and pouring down rain that is hitting all the rest of Québec-- my request, of course! A little over 5k today, in sunshine.

Ran 5km on the TM this morning as I had no interest in the conditions outside.
Crazy day at work, rinse repeat for the next two days and then I get a couple days off. Will need it.

Had to say no to an invite to tonight's hockey game as tomorrow still required prep and I need rest to be ready for a busy day.

I'm suddenly blocked from accessing RM at work so unless I bring my ipad to work, I'm going to fall very far behind on posts. :?

Didn't really feel like going to run in the wind after work but I felt like I needed it 'mentally' and it wasn't so bad afterall and my mood improved. :D
