Legs are a bit tired from yesterdays double workout, but I feel great after a long nights sleep :) Tonight is my spinesis class, 45 minutes of kinesis and then 45 minutes of spin. Yay!

So warm here today, 7C, feels like spring :)

I did a very quick (10 minute) yoga workout this morning, and then walked about 4k at lunch. I think that's about it for me today other than the cleaning I'll be doing tonight to get ready for house guests.

15 frosty km this morning! Actually, there wasn't much frost but it was definitely below zero and my face was getting cold. Had an unplanned break around the 14 km mark when I tripped over a discarded Christmas tree. No damage to me other than a slightly skinned knee and a bruised ego, but I tore my new Mizuno tights that I love. :( Not sure what happened - I saw the tree, it was just sticking out a little bit onto the sidewalk, and I thought my foot would clear it. Oh well - like my friend said, if this is the worst that happens in a winter of running, it's not too bad. And I already have a scar on that knee anyway...

Busy busy day at work. Have a great one, everybody!

I went to the gym today and did a mixture of bike-to-nowhere, elliptical, and running on the indoor track. Legs are pooped.
