5K run into work (30 minutes). Glad that's done and out of the way. Depending on the weather, I might walk home.

TGIF for sure! Between the working until almost 9:00 last night and a little bit of remaining jet lag keeping me awake, it was VERY tough to get up and out the door this morning. So I did get a late start, and only did 10 km instead of the usual 13 or 15 km that are more typical for Friday runs. But 10 km is better than 0 km. :) And it was nice running weather - tank top temperature but overcast and not humid.

Not sure who is racing this weekend, but good luck to anyone who is!

I so need a rest day - but an 8k easy planned - maybe about an hour. Knowing me it will probably get done in under 40 and I'll be suffering.

I had a nice 5kish run today, even though you could cut the humidity with a knife. I love summer, just the same! Have a good weekend, all you Maniacs!

First back to back yesterday. Once solo, once with stroller. Had to stop near the end at the playground. Starting to feel like a real runner again.

I ran another 7km today. I think this is the third day in a row that I have not seen another runner.

I never see other runners in Medicine Hat. I guess we're a minority here.
