NOT liking the single digit temps this morning! Easy 7km this morning in long sleeves. Almost needed gloves and a toque too :(

First time I've pulled out long sleeves since April!

Just over 13km done this morning, with 10km at marathon pace. That was my last workout before the Erie Marathon next week! :D

About 7 here too (in Guelph). Saw my breath. :)

Working at adding an extra day of running by adding a walk first. So, a brisk 30ish minute walk this morning.

Rest day here! Prepping for another long run tomorrow. This will be a full practice - fueling, nutrition, rest - training run. In other words, I'm having my usual pre-race meal for dinner, and breakfast, running at race time, trying out my new Sugoi tights, and actually fueling during my run  !

Wow, so nice and cool in the GTA this morning! I wore short sleeves instead of a tank top for the first time since...??? My hands were actually a little bit cold at the very start. I absolutely love these conditions and wished I were doing my long run. Unfortunately, only 13 km and then off to work. But what a great start! Have a good day, everyone, and a better weekend. :)

One degree early this morning in Sherbrooke. BRRR. Why do we always go from 30+ humidex to single digits in less-than a week? Car died this morning, to match my dead Garmin. I feel stuck! Will get some kind of run in today--how ambitious TBD. Have a good weekend, all you Maniacs!

Run went really well -- although I am one tired girl -- oh, and the cooler temperature might be my fault -- I signed up for x-country ski lessons this week!

Day one done. Seems so short but must resist for now.
1.5 miles on TM followed by 1 mile on stationary bike.
Felt extra happy at work. TGIF.

Pet Peeve: The changeroom (and more specifically the women) at the gym is gross. I hope they don't act the same way at home with there belongings.
The gym needs to step up.
Cheers,
Jill

27 currently in Saskatoon. Yesterday Regina broke their record for that day at 34. Looks like it's cooling off for QCM this Sunday.

Hope to get a run in after work tonight. Too hot yesterday, it was still 33 at 6 pm.
