Looks like a damp one today, bike ride is postponed.
Maybe sneak a wee run in between the raindrops...

Soggy and slow 32k. About the only good thing to say about it is that it is done!

8.5K on the trails in Kanata this morning...some of it with company and some alone. Feels good to be building back but the legs are tired.

7k easy today. Legs can feel yesterday's tempo run a bit but everything else feels good.

The weatherman threatened rain but it ended up being beautiful. I was overdressed so the humidity was getting gross when we were stopped for lights.

Got a good 19km in with the last 3 km mostly uphill then hit the farmers market for a wicked cinnamon bun.

A rainy 35 km trail run for me! Running in the rain can be fun, but there comes a point when enough is enough.

25km done felt pretty good but very humid. I actually could wring the sweat out of my shirt at the end. So gross.

I waited until the rain had stopped then did 10 K on the rail trail in Terra Cotta with Tuzo. No Garmin and 2/3's of it I was off leash. Longest run in 3 months! Maybe there's hope yet.

I ran a couple of kilometres with the Running Room friendship run here in Regina. I ran an extra 4kms afterwards to loosen up the legs. :)
