Splendiferous Sunday! :)
No sunday thread yet?!
I did a very slow 5km with the puppy. Legs pretty tired from long run yesterday but I wanted him to get a good outing this morning since I'm leaving him with a dog-sitter (aka my brother Isaac) today so that I can go to Penticton to see family.

Physio exercises plus 40 minutes on the rowing machine this morning. It's a gorgeous day here. Off for a family BBQ at the SIL's house this afternoon. Holly, enjoy your trip to Penticton.

I haven't posted in a while, but my wife has signed herself up for a race in June, it's an oddball 6k race.
She doesn't run but is very into Zumba and yoga, we went out for a run last night and I was surprised how well she did, 2.5k @ 7:00/k with no walk breaks, I might just sign up for the race and run with her.
Oh yeah, an easy 10k and weights for me yesterday morning as well.

It was a lovely morning here, we did our Deer Lake run, I was happy for the excuse to hike the stairs at the end. The clouds are moving in now so we will probably have rain later

Went for a steep climb through the snow in a mountain forest with the dogs this morning, back home in time for a big thunderstorm.
Dear Lord, help me be the kind of person my dog thinks I am.

Still struggling through with the fatigue of Shingles. Got another prescription filled yesterday.
My friend who's a track coach at Queen's doesn't want me running when my immune system is compromised as he doesn't want me to have another relapse.....so he had me do a 45 minute walk today.
Sunny but cool. Nice.

Survived LegoFest this morning, then did 10k this afternoon (managing to miss the gully-washer of a rainstorm that blew through).

Re: Splendiferous Sunday! :)
Ended the week with a 13k run. Next week I'll follow the same schedule for my previous 3 marathons and run 3 days before race day.

That's exactly the logic my husband used on me - he knows me too well!
