Windy Wednesday here this morning! And now Wet Wednesday, with rain and showers expected through tomorrow. Since I am taking a break from running until at least Friday, today was a gym day; did 50 minutes on the elliptical. So no Runpub for me tonight. :(

TM day for me! 10K plus some stretching and strength. The fitness room was brutally hot because they are doing construction in the room next door! Our Endless Pool is finally being installed!  Cannot wait to give it a try! I can do a triathlon in the morning!

3K in the early morning rain, no walk breaks. Felt like a runner. Slow, but steady.

Good job, BaldGuy!

Well, I took walk breaks, because that's what my rehab schedule says to do. Seems like I've been on this schedule forever, but it's only been 5 days. 25 minutes of 1½:1's, plus walking to warm up and cool down.

10k, part paved, part trails, exploring the trails around my new 'hood. :)

14k finished just before the rain started, which has now stopped.

Threatening thundershowers, so I went up to the treadmill and did intervals. This means I also weighed myself. It seems that in Europe, in spite of walking about 10 km every day and not eating too heavily, my overall (and especially beer) consumption added four or five pounds to my weight. Rather distressing. More exercise, less junk, and perhaps less beer too will be the order of the day for a while.

50 mins on the rowing machine. Wimped out of trying to drive to the group run and doing a questionable distance in pain in the rain.
