Yipes! Monday

Postby Spirit Unleashed » Mon Jun 16, 2014 7:37 am

I wish I didn't have to work for a living. Life just seems too hard sometimes.

This morning: 36 min of bike and elliptic.

Biked to work. Will bike home. Busy weekend, with some running, some family bike riding, some walking with the dog. I can feel my legs, all right.

I am in Borden, I will have to come cheer! Sadly, I didn't bring any RM gear to wear.

I didn't feel like running (too hungry, so wanted to eat right after work) so I went for an 8k walk. I find long walks really easy in a big city as there is so much to look at.
