Slightly Soggy Saturday

Postby chunkymonkeymelonhed » Sat Oct 11, 2014 1:00 pm

15K in the rain this morning. I don't remember the last time I got so soaked on a run. We have certainly been spoiled with our weather.

A really nice run today and a good yoga session. It was perfect weather for a run today.

Spent 45 minutes hanging out in our tent during a torrential downpour which thankfully let up before we had to paddle. I may have crippled myself for running, my hamstrings are sore from bracing in a wobbly boat.

Amazing fall day here - might be one of the last days for running in shorts and short sleeves! I went out for my first run since the marathon last week. 8k on legs that still feel pretty sluggish.
