I keep looking out the window and thinking that I really don't feel like running in that crap! I have about 45 minutes to either get motivated or go back to bed

I got out there, the rain let up for the most part so it wasn't too bad, we got to weave around lots of puddles in Trout Lake. I got to show off my medal and shiny new jacket, now that's out of the way it's time to get back to running as usual

Re: Slippery Sunday
How do you calculate Stupid Score, Ian? Is that distance (km) multiplied by wind chill temperature (absolute value)? I can see another possible bragging rights number here… But I don't see making 320 myself any time soon.
7 degrees here in Toronto. Above zero, I mean. No idea what that is with wind chill. Just 7.7 km. Too damn busy. But 7.7 km is better than nothing!

Marathons: 1; 30k: 2; Half marathons: 6; Shorter: Um, I've lost track
PBs: Half-marathon: 1:35:32; 5K: 19:54 (both 2012)

Cool and windy here in the K-W area. It was a bit slick on some of the trails we ran on today. Altogether 32 km of run/walk.
Re: Slippery Sunday
Dry here in Winnipeg but cold and windy. Had a nice run to yoga and back for 6 miles. Felt inspired and entered the hypothermic half. I hope it is less hypothermic than this year's race was.

my pb would be roughly 900 by that standard. I have no desire to better it. :P
