Merry Christmas Eve Wednesday
Waiting for my bootcamp class to start. Plantar facitis has taken hold of my foot so I am not running for a bit but after a tough year I am ok with not running, but only for a short time.

5 km with the stroller in the light rain this morning, so F could have a little snooze. Of course, he woke up the second we got home. Would have kept running, but DH needed to brave the mall crowds!

Just 8K this morning.
Re: Merry Christmas Eve Wednesday
I did the virtual thursday workout and it was great. Then I did 1100m in the pool. Now I'm feeling pleasantly tired.

Re: Merry Christmas Eve Wednesday
oh, I almost forgot to post. I did roughly 12km with a couple of friends. Trails, and slow because one of the girls needed to walk a bit. But it was a beautiful morning and so nice to get out. :)
