Four running birds Sunday
Four running birds Sunday
It's the fourth day of Christmas, so it would be four calling birds, but around here they're all running. I got out today, too, 6 km easy, back still kinda stiff and sore but boy do I need the exercise.

PBs: Half-marathon: 1:35:32; 5K: 19:54 (both 2012)

I managed 8.6k, my lungs are finally starting to feel almost normal but my legs were very tired today.

7K for me on the TM today. Not a significant run on its own, but with it, I did meet one of my 2014 running goals and that was to hit 1,500K for the year. So with a few days to spare, I'm going to give my legs a rest for the next few days and pick it up again in 2015

Just shy of 18km for me today- headed down to Presqu'ile with the dog and dog a nice round of the trails.
Keep on rolling, just a mile to go. Keep on rolling my old buddy, you're moving much too slow.
