Ice Age Thursday

Postby Ken B » Thu Feb 26, 2015 12:00 pm

What no thread for today yet?

I opted out of my planed outside run today. I went to the gym for a 15 minute walk/90 minute run/15 minute walk on the dreadmill!

Relatively tough 40 minute run tonight, we did an out and back with the back being mostly uphill.

did 6km outside at 5:30 pm. It was -11C. It felt very good considering it was 10 days since my last run. Did 6 and 1's. Plan to go out on Saturday again. I may attempt 7 km depending on how i feel.
