WFH Friday

Postby Spirit Unleashed » Fri May 08, 2015 11:27 am

When I work from home, I get extra time.

15 min tempo elliptical and a 64 min 5.5 mile run outside. New shoes felt fantastic. Also felt good to run at speed for that long.

21km in 1:40. I probably need to start running with water now that it is this hot now. I didn't feel too good by the last 5-6km.

60 minute easy spin on the tt bike and a 30 minute water run.

90-min urban bike ride done. I'm working tonight, so I managed to get out for a mid-morning ride. That's the upside of the night shift. :)

I am still struggling to get my mileage up since my accident but ran a decent pace 3.5 miles with minimal pain from the knee. It gets a small effusion on it for about 12 hours then back to normal. I am just happy to be running...and outside
